Made with Just Ingredients
Their first commitment is one delicious serving.
A customer orders a chocolate smoothie because it looks good. They enjoy it, discover it is made with Just Ingredients, and find out how to make it at home.
Build a branded menu program with selected cafés, smoothie counters and workplace cafés. Begin with two excellent recipes, clear preparation standards, staff guidance and a visible connection to Just Ingredients.
Just Ingredients already has a wholesale program. This adds a repeatable prepared-serving experience that helps partners sell Just Ingredients consistently and gives customers an accessible introduction.
usual.
The first pilot & what would justify expansion
Five to ten suitable locations. Two validated recipes. Existing Just Ingredients products. Confirm what Just Ingredients has already tested and select partners with dependable operations.
Measure servings sold, partner reorders, preparation consistency and contribution for both businesses. Home purchases are additional value; the wholesale relationship should stand on its own.
Customer connection & existing foundation
A menu link or receipt code leads to the tested recipe, the exact Just Ingredients product and nearby purchase options.
Provide recipe portions, staff training, ingredient and allergen information, and a simple reorder process.

Every Ingredient
Earns Its Place
Make the name mean something specific at the moment of choice.
Start with the product someone wants to enjoy. Then explain the decisions that make it worth choosing: why this ingredient, why this source, what it contributes and what evidence supports the claim.
Carry that same argument from an advertisement to the product page and the retail shelf, with the right amount of detail for each setting.
Just Ingredients already explains ingredients and publishes testing information. The addition is a recognizable purchase argument that works before a shopper knows the founder’s story.
Chocolate worth
looking forward to.
Start with the taste. Then get to know what is inside.
The first pilot & what would justify expansion
Develop the creative treatment across advertising, product information and retail. Compare with existing creative among people unfamiliar with Just Ingredients.
Can shoppers explain the reason to choose Just Ingredients? Does it increase preference and actual purchasing at an acceptable acquisition cost?

Find Your First Favorite
A little guidance can make a first taste much more useful.
Help a newcomer choose a small tasting selection based on how they expect to use the product and the flavors they enjoy. Include preparation instructions that make the first experience a good one.
After tasting, make it easy to buy the favorite. A sample credit could support that step if the economics justify it.
Just Ingredients already sells samples and offers a bundle builder. This connects the entire decision: uncertainty, selection, preparation, tasting and a product the customer uses again.

An existing Just Ingredients sample pack. The guided experience below is proposed.
Illustrative discovery experienceHow would you enjoy it?
Start with familiar flavors.
Explore chocolate and vanilla, with tested mixing instructions and a small tasting guide.
The first pilot & what would justify expansion
Test one guided protein tasting experience against the current sample journey. Keep product and audience comparisons meaningful.
Measure full-size purchases, subsequent repeat purchases and contribution after samples, shipping and any credit.

In Your Corner
Bring Just Ingredients into the groups people return to every week.
A trusted organizer introduces a product after Saturday training. Members have time to try it, ask practical questions and decide whether it belongs in their routine.
Build a structured program for adult running clubs, training groups and independent gyms, with recurring occasions and convenient purchasing.
Just Ingredients already has sports partnerships and an athletics purchasing program. This defines the member experience after an agreement is signed, including repeat trial and ongoing purchasing.
More than a single tasting.
A practical tasting led by the local organizer.
Preparation guidance and a second chance to try.
Clear product choices and a dependable reorder path.
The first pilot & what would justify expansion
Compare participating adult clubs or gyms with similar partners receiving ordinary wholesale support. Use athlete involvement only where contracted rights permit.
Track new purchasing households, repeat orders and the total cost of supporting each partner.
One Market at a Time
Make Just Ingredients noticeably present where people can reliably buy it.
Choose a market with dependable inventory and willing retail partners. Coordinate local advertising, demonstrations and relevant community relationships around the same hero product and purchase reason.
A resident recognizes the product, tastes it, and knows where to find it on the next shopping trip.
Just Ingredients already has national retail access and activation capabilities. This concentrates those strengths and establishes whether the combined investment generates profitable additional sales.
Connect every encounter.
The first pilot & what would justify expansion
Compare activated locations with similar stores receiving normal support. Account for availability and other promotions.
Measure incremental units and contribution after campaign costs, then check whether the gains persist.

Starbucks × Just Ingredients
Barista Plant Protein
Built for the cup. Designed around the coffee.
Exploratory concept
No partnership in place
Develop a liquid plant-based protein product specifically for espresso, iced coffee and matcha. The customer promise is an enjoyable drink in which the coffee remains the defining flavor.
Explore a pea-based formula, potentially with an oat base, without intentionally adding almond or other tree-nut ingredients. Start with an unsweetened version and let taste and technical performance guide development.
A product designed for coffeehouse preparation, beyond adapting Just Ingredients’s existing almond-based vegan powders. It must earn consideration against established protein drinks and barista milks.
Good coffee.
Thoughtful ingredients.
A reason to return.
An illustrative direction for joint development.
Pleasant texture. Coffee flavor intact. Consistent mixing.
Simple preparation. Practical storage. Dependable supply.
A plant-based choice with a clear ingredient story.
Incremental demand and workable contribution.
What would need to be true
Benchmark flavor, texture, separation and preparation against existing products. Confirm final nutrition, ingredient standards, allergen controls and manufacturing feasibility before making claims.
Establish consumer demand, willingness to pay, delivered cost and a realistic supply plan. Approach the relevant partner teams with evidence and a specific development proposal.
Competitive reality & possible commercial routes
Starbucks already offers whey protein drinks. Ripple makes plant-based barista milk; OWYN and Chike offer plant-based protein coffee. Just Ingredients would need a demonstrable reason to be chosen.
Starbucks café applications and at-home packaged-coffee opportunities require different commercial discussions. Any Nestlé involvement, licensing and category rights would need confirmation.

A first taste.

Each pilot should stand on its own economics. Together, they can make the next step easier for the customer.

Return

One prepared-serving pilot.
One clear product story.
Begin with “Made with Just Ingredients” and “Every Ingredient Earns Its Place.” Together, they test whether a great experience and a clear reason to choose can create demand from people who do not already know Just Ingredients.
Choose the right starting point.
Review internal plans and results. Select the hero product, validate partner economics and agree on the evidence that would justify expansion.
Build a small, complete experience.
Validate two café recipes, prepare staff guidance and develop a consistent ingredient story. Connect the experience to a clear home-purchase path.
Invest behind what earns it.
Track partner reorders, customer response and contribution. Improve the experience before adding locations or applying the approach to another market.
A separate development track
Prepare the Starbucks barista formulation brief and benchmark prototypes on their own timetable. Keep longer-term product development from delaying a test with products Just Ingredients already sells.
The decision to make
Choose the hero product and pilot owner. Agree on a bounded budget, comparison approach and review point. Expand when the evidence supports it.
Grounded in what Just Ingredients has already built.
This perspective draws on the brand and market audit, a screen of all 293 collection listings, deeper review of 28 selected product pages, and a competitive review. Public evidence establishes existing capabilities; internal economics and current plans should determine pilot selection. Illustrations on this page are proposed experiences, not active programs.
